The quality of tenant 'element' declined significantly during our time there. Unruly teens ruined our pool experience. Our Kia was keyed. The level of tenancy quality went WAAAY down.

I had fixed the problem before the maintenance had shown up, I wish there was a way to resolve/cancel my request.

The HVAC units were all taken cared of and there is no longer a smell or humidity in the home. It feels comfortable. Thanks for taking care of the wasps nest outside too. Ben was great and he double checked his work to make sure everything was done properly.

Ben is quiet, professional, quick and knows what he's doing. He has things fixed before you know it and quietly moves on to his next project. If you lose him, I will leave the next day, lease or no lease!!!!!!! I'm serious.
