Maintenance did a great job!

This is a long one I have never written a negative review before, but I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with the condition of this apartment. My sister and I moved in two weeks ago, and I continue to find dirt, dog hair, and roaches throughout the unit. I stayed home sick today and decided to thoroughly clean the refrigerator because I kept noticing dog hair inside it. After taking the entire fridge apart, it became very clear that this apartment was not properly cleaned or prepared before we moved in. I did not intend to leave a negative review, but after thoroughly cleaning the fridge, which should have been done prior to move in and finding dead bugs in the freezer, I have truly had enough. In the upstairs bathroom, there was visible urine stains around the base of the toilet and the seat itself needed to be replaced, I’ll spare you the details. The shower is still very moldy and dirty and because all off the water that splashed on the wooden floors, the wood is popping up and has a horrible smell. The worst part of this bathroom is the faucets which are completely covered in rust and mold. Please see the pictures. The washer and dryer are also not in great condition. I found a pile of dog hair stuck inside the washer that I had to remove myself. The dryer drum is also deteriorating, as it is flaking and leaving pieces in my clothing during use. The fridge did have a broken shelf which was repaired, but the fridge was covered in dog hair as well as the dishwasher. I’ve notice whenever I cooked there is strands of dog hair in my dishes! I did not bring this up to the office yet, there’s also hair in every single cabinet in my kitchen. This review is not directed towards the office staff or maintenance team, as everyone I’ve interacted with has been polite and professional. However, it has now been two weeks since moving in, and I’m still brushing my teeth in the kitchen because my bathroom feels too unsanitary to be used comfortably. I genuinely feel grossed out living here. I already spent over $1,000 to move in, and now I’m locked into a 15-month lease. What upsets me the most is that I saved for a long time believing this move would be a positive fresh start for me and my dogs, but instead I feel trapped and deeply disappointed.

Very nice place and staff, helped me a lot with moving in and moving out. 10/10 recommend!!

It took a while to get a replacement microwave, but when it arrived the installation was quickly accomplished.

Wonderful as always!

The quality of tenant 'element' declined significantly during our time there. Unruly teens ruined our pool experience. Our Kia was keyed. The level of tenancy quality went WAAAY down.
