Elena has been a delight since the moment I walked through the doors of Beau Rivage. I am so happy with my move here. She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She has made this transition a joyful and positive one. I highly recommend Beau Rivage as your next home!

We stayed here for 1 year while looking for a house to buy and really enjoyed our time here. The pool and dog park was perfect. We enjoyed visiting the community garden and having fresh veggies on hand. Elaine, Melanie and Darius are wonderful people! They always took care of anything we needed and put on some amazing events! They made our first townhome experience very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a temporary home especially one close to the beach to call them up and take a tour.

It took a while to get a replacement microwave, but when it arrived the installation was quickly accomplished.

I really enjoyed living here. The office and maintenance staff are always very nice and professional and go above and beyond! The gym is great and always clean and up kept. Same with the pool area. Loved the waterfall and lighting at night. The unit felt like brand new when I moved in. Overall a great experience!

Good response and action taken to address the two issues we reported on.

I was very pleased with the maintenance service I received. I placed my request to fix my dishwasher at 9:30. Darius was at my door with the spare parts needed by 10:30. Dishwasher was all repaired by 10:50. Now that is what I call good service
